Q: How many survey items can I have?
A: Fifteen items are permitted at the basic rate. Additional survey items can be included at a negotiated rate- please call for details.

A: Absolutely! That's why we send you the report in Word and PDF formats. Many of our client's like to modify the report to emphasize one or two key points or expand on sections that are relevant to their company's current initiatives. We take this into consideration for you by providing modifiable formats.

Q: I have complex analyses that I need completed. Can I have those complex analyses conducted for the base rate?
A: In most cases, yes. We will talk about this before creating the survey items. Basically, our statistician can conduct any analysis that you want or need.

Q: I'm under an intense deadline. Is it possible to create the survey and have it fielded the same day?
A: Certainly! Depending on how quickly the survey is completed we can usually reduce the turnaround time to 24 hours (rush rates apply).
